All product prices and delivery charges are displayd in euros (EUR).

SHIPPING

The shipping fee will be added to your order. Shipping costs cover postage and handling. Items will be shipped by Priority Mail.

SHIPPING FEES:

Finland 3,5 €

Europe 3,5 €

Rest of the world 8,5 €

We keep a small storage of iila earrings, but most of the jewelleries are made by order. Your order will be shipped after 1-3 business days after payment.

Delivery times after shipping:

Finland usually 2-3 business days

Europe usually 5-7 business days

Rest of the world usually 2-5 weeks

iila doesn't quarantee delivery times. After we have shipped the packages, we have no control over how long it takes to costumers to receive their packages.

RETURNS

Return and exchange policy

If you wish to return your order, please contact us at info@iila.fi. We will be happy to help you if there is a problem with the items! In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its package to your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible.

iila customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery. This returns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has the right to return an item if:

    • The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying info@iila.fi within 30 days of delivery, The item has not been used, The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package, The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package.
    • The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage.

    When returning products user will be responsible for shipping costs and the risk of damages. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
